This is how I would do Bloodhunt: "If an opponent cast a creature spell this turn, you may cast ~ for its bloodhunt cost as though it had flash. If you do, it ETBs with a +1/+1 counter on it."

I believe that abilities can't trigger from hidden zones. I suppose I could be mistaken.
