This is far more efficient than red should be getting as a 1-drop. Goblin Guide is a good card, and this is better.

This is still more powerful than red gets at only {r} . It attacks for 2 on turn 1 and can't be blocked profitably by anything with less than 3 toughness. And it has haste!

I rather think this attacks for three, not two. It can target itself with its revolt ability. Which means it'd be fair at two mana (compare Ash Zealot), and is indeed utterly bonkers at one mana.

How would I phrase revolt so that it couldn't target itself? That's how I intended it, I am just not sure how to write it.

Or remove the parameter and have it just say "you may have another target creature [that shares a creature type with it] get +1/+0 UEOT".

I'm not at all convinced that the creature type restriction is worth the extra words, by the way.

Yeah, especially since Revolt 1 is just way worse than battle cry.
