Hm, blink in green-black? A little unusual.

Also, wow, Utter End every turn, for just 5 mana? That's easily mythic, and might need the cost increasing even so.

With a source of static haste, this is unlimited mana (flicker a land) and ETB triggers (flicker something that has one) all in one package.

The colors with this ability set are bizarre, but it is a nice implementation of the character in Magic terms.
