This is funny, and also interesting. It may actually be more powerful than Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. Because "4 turns after I hit 5 mana" is a lot more reliably "turn 9" than "the turn I hit 10 (or even 9) mana". Plus it's harder to get rid of: I've seen Epochrasite re-enter the battlefield having died, and this doesn't take much longer than that.
Alex, would you recommend increasing the suspend delay? perhaps adding one more time counter for each time it was cast, or simply upping the cost?
Hmm. I think bumping it up from 5 to 6 mana might possibly be enough. Adding a variable number of time counters sounds too fiddly to work.
