I recommend searching "for any number." That way you can't get in trouble for not finding all of them.

Alternately, "Target player reveals his or her library and exiles all instants or sorceries revealed this way with CMC X or less. Then that player shuffles his or her library." This is potentially so backbreaking against certain decks.

Not X or less. That's super powerful. Exactly X makes it an interesting game and extra Spikey.
