I want this to be like your opponent casts Gigadrowse and replicates it twice. You pay for this card and you get chose the targets for the copies of Gigadrowse. I have no idea if this is the right way to word that.

Also, I thought of Reroute when designing this. Misdirection and Divert are blue though. Is this an ability red still/could get or is it strictly blue?

There's Ricochet Trap and Shunt, so yes I think this can be red. And I think this should just be a tweak on Shunt, , "Change the targets of any number of target spells". No need to restrict it to working only on replicate/storm spells.

Copying is a little sub-theme in this set, so I wanted to create a card to work with that. Also, I feel since it's a narrower application than Shunt and Ricochet Trap I can keep it at uncommon.

Then I suggest you cost it at . is a pretty painful cost to shunt around a big Gigadrowse.

I meant to change targets of any number of copies of target spells. This is a very narrow card - you might as well make it useful when you do find a use for it.
