Tremendously uninspired creature. I'll see if I can find something better.

before: 2W, Vigilance // {3}{w}, {t}: Tap target creature.

Playtest results: Pushed back to {1}{w} from {2}{w}. At {2}{w}, it competes with too many Morph creatures, and his original ability was too overcosted to do anything. Changed back to offensive tapping ability.
