Since you're not even giving flashback, you'd be better off spelling out the ability. "Until end of turn, you may cast instant and sorcery spells from your opponents' graveyards. Exile those cards instead of putting them anywhere else any time they would leave the stack."
Actually, that's terrible. Just do "You may pay
. If you do, exile target instant or sorcery spell with converted mana cost X from an opponent's graveyard. Cast a copy of that spell without paying its mana cost."
While researching this response, I found Shaman's Trance. What a weird card.
Nice set of effects! Continues to feel very Ashiok while being rather different to Ashiok's last set of effects.
