Interesting effect. Prevents the trick of Act of Treason then sacrifice. But on its own, this is an extremely narrow effect that's not worth a card at any mana cost. Even if I was playing white in limited, and was sideboarding against an opponent who'd shown me two Threatens and two sac outlets, I still wouldn't sideboard this in, because it's just got too little chance of coming up and doesn't do enough even when it does come up. On the other hand, if this was one of two effects on a card, or even better was the rules text of a creature card costing something like 2/2 for WW, it'd be fine.
