Part of the Mons's Goblin Warchief cycle. Another card that people complained to me about how it wasn't powerful enough. Those people, however, were missing how silly this card can be. Granted, I think I'd rather play Solemn Simulacrum, but I don't thing there's anything particularly wrong with a player who'd prefer to get value 3 turns in a row.

It gets you a bunch of land, but costs a heck of a lot of mana and leaves you with just three 1/2s. It doesn't look very exciting to me. At least, it looks like this could be 3/4 or something.

It's true... whether or not it's good, it just doesn't look good. Raised to 3/4 off your suggestion.
