Is this meant to be a sorcery? Enchantments don't have text like that. Or is it meant to happen every turn? If it's the latter, you want to write it as:

> At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one: put two 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens onto the battlefield; or put a 1/1 white Paladin creature token with flying onto the battlefield; or put a 0/3 white Guard creature token onto the battlefield.

I don't think the 0/3 Guard is a very good deal compared to two 1/1 Soldiers.

Not often you'd prefer that, with 2 chumps, or 2 power of flyer available, no.

This feels kinda like Primal Clay (They got rid of the lovely foglio art awww...), so I'd follow that example and make the 'wall' variant a fair bit tougher, as repayment.
