Generic, but constructed level playable removal.

There are also very few cards where it shows Terran fighting Protoss, so I really wanted to put it in. That's still Kerrigan in the picture, though.

removed salvage ability.
will be testing how else we can make this interesting. It plays fine as it is, though. Sometimes we forget that there's really nothing wrong with the basic effects.
