I think...you just broke Grozoth. That's saying something.

Mhhh, I think I should change that but I know that I don't want to change that...

flavor update (and fixed brokenness)

I'm not sure you need the colour restrictions, really. A two-card combo with a classically bad card isn't any worse than Polymorph into Eldrazi, or Shape Anew into Blightsteel Colossus, or Spellshift into Storm Herd or Crush of Wurms.

And it's not like anyone's actually going to be building decks including both this card and Ravnica rares.

I added the colour restriction (are you from the UK?) because of flavor reasons, not because there may be some weird combo that nobody will ever play... Well and the examples you mentioned all have a randomness on their effect, my card hasn't.

That's fair enough then. (I was kinda assuming that people had built their deck to include no artifacts but Blightsteel Colossus or no creatures but Eldrazi, targeting tokens or similar, to avoid the randomness.)

And yes, I am indeed from the UK :)

I wouldn't have changed anything if it hadn't helped the flaovour.

So my english teacher was right about spelling it colour or color. :-)

No, your English teacher would have been right if it was spelt colour and flavour.

An American teacher would be right about it being color and flavor :)

Anyway. A wall-tutor. I approve. the colour restriction is pretty random. I mean; we already know it's probably a green wall, because they've got green mana. I'm tempted to suggest the cost be: {g/2}{r/2}{w/2}{1} to further enforce that; but won't do so seriously because split-costs are annoying.

Well I like split/hybrid costs, but you inspired me to the new version.
