This seems exceptionally strong. Turning something into a double-strength Goblin Sharpshooter? You'll note that Thornbite Staff's granted ping ability cost
, and that was only pinging for 1. Since you're charging
then
, I think it miight be okay to let something ping for 1 without any mana cost, but 2 damage along with the untap is just excessive.
Yeah, wow.

Sorcery
Cast ~ only if you control a creature.
Destroy any number of target creatures with power 2 or less.
Is... actually, that's fair. What's not fair is that this then remains on the board, ready to do it again and again and again.
Wow... this is weird. Did someone else submit a card very much like this at one point?
On a separate side note, Vitenka... I think you want to be aiming the damage at opponents, not at creatures. If I equipped this to a... oh, let's just say Dimir House Guard, I would only need to have so many creatures in play before I won the game. 5 creatures = 10 damage.
Oh yeah; if you've got some other way of killing creatures (like, say, a second copy...) then this becomes utterly insanely powerful.
But at that point you've got "Two specific cards needed and a bunch of other stuff in play" so it's probably not unfair to allow such a combo. (After all, five creatures probably CAN cause 10 damage, by attacking.)
I kinda want that sorcery, now, though.
I'll just note that
-then-
is much less of a restriction than
. Exalted Angel was played in tournaments because she cost
-then-

; if she cost

she wouldn't be touched with a bargepole.
Mayor powerlevel adjustment (untap with sac instead of dying critter)
should be more of an uncommon now
