Originally I had this card as a sorcery. It still sits in my file as a sorcery, which I did to balance out the power level of these cards (I think). Problem was, I drafted this card a number of times, and it just wants to be an instant. You keep playing it like one, only catching yourself when you've screwed yourself in combat, and can't. Something about pitch cards makes you feel like you can do it whenever... so I put it in Instant.
Part of the same cycle with Abolish and Foil. I think you can see where this card came from. Bounty of the Hunt meets Seeds of Strength meets Contagion.

Wow, I thought this was an actual mirror of Bounty of the Hunt, it evokes it so well. Very smooth.
