Random Generator gave me Cooperation and Thought Devourer. I'd be upset with Gatherer for constantly foisting banding on me, but banding is such a rich vein of material... I can just keep going. Thought Devourer lead me to the question of "What if spells had banding?" Which gave me the "Play two spells, or lose one anyway" mechanic.

Originally this was slated as a big blue beast or spirit, but by the time I put the flavor text in, I realized it needed to be red. The flavor text, by the way, is a riff off of Cooperation and its reverse on Elvish Healer. I figured the orcs probably had something to say about the humans and elves coming to a fair agreement.
