A second attempt at Necro-Impotence and Possessed Portal, this time featuring red. That second ability used to read "Put the top card of your library into your hand", but I figured that was probably too confusing, and may technically be 'draw a card' after all.

Yikes. But, yes, it's Possessed Portal. This time it has an out for the controller, but a pretty harsh one, which seems reasonable.

I'm not sure if mythic or rare is best for this.

I don't know, either. I figure that it looks like a candidate for Mythic, so I put it at Mythic. If something looks more mythic, I could always throw that in instead. Mythic is a really weird rarity. The difference between it and Rare is mostly feel, instead of need.
