Reminds me of Talon of Pain. And works jolly well with it.

I don't see anything especially white about this guy at the moment, in fact he looks Super-Red if anything else.

It'd be totally bonkers, but working with the flavor text and the Mythic rarity, what if it had a suped-up Kor ability?

Alex might understand how to template that better, but I think it works.

The white, as I see it, comes from the fact that he goes all retribution-burn against any non-creature thing that deals damage to you. To be fair, he doesn’t just go wacky only when you get hit, but he does get those payback punches in for you. He’s what happens when Searing Meditation gets itself Crossblighted.

Perhaps he burns all players instead of one player; this would play a nice little head-game twist on white’s “treat everyone equally” philosophy.

Or... New and current template: any time someone gets burned, all of my enemies get burned. Share the love. Especially in group games. Like Boros’s “Radiance” on people.
