I was really pleased with myself when I came up with a fair common Balance effect. I set it at where it could do some damage, but not threaten game balance and moved on. Unfortunately, testing showed me that that non-threatening number wasn't worth building around, and players often bumped Realign to 15th card in pack. It now has a spicier casting cost, and plays a more active role, but it isn't really breaking anything, so we're all good.
