Awesome. I do wonder if it'd be better to just use charge counters for improved backwards compatibility, but other than that I think this and the other "awareness" enchantment are excellent designs.

I like the awareness counters. Nolan Lewis sent me a design that I based this on that referred to them as charge counters, and while I did consider going with "charge" on the white enchantment, I think using "awareness" sort of seals the deal as to these being things that function on public awareness and opinion.

The "spell cast during combat" theme is relatively subtle, so it's probably good to keep the unusual name here to try to cement the flavour of it.
