Again, very blue. Skulking isn't much of a green thing as it's sort of antisynergistic with buffing auras and such stuff that green loves. Namely one of green's major weaknesses color pie wise is its lack of evasion abilities, which this would be undermining.

Skulk is also very reasonable in black though. Perhaps you could make this black by having it take the spot currently occupied by Plotting Scavenger, then turn that card into a blue card as well as upping the scry on it to 2 from 1? Currently you don't look to have any low cost blue creatures in your set so I imagine there's space for it.
