This looks unnecessarily busy with the Evidence trigger. I don't see it needing it.

I went with the evidence trigger here because blue needed one in an uncommon slot. I don't think every color needs one there, but the wizard theme has the most tools to filter cards and draws, so I think it's fairly important to keep it present at all levels short of mythic.
