Sorcery speed Rootborn Defenses loses an important vector of usefulness. Weird to see it at uncommon, but that's what you get for using populate in a set without populate.

I think it was populate in the 2016 version, once I get to the uncommon batch this card will likely see some change in power level or effect. I probably made it as a Repose enabler. Still miffed that wizards created embalm not too long after
