  • As you cast this spell, choose the skill modes.
  • As you pay costs show that you have sufficient permanents/cards of the correct creature types for each skill mode.
  • A card in hand or permanent on the battlefield can only be used to enable one skill mode per spell cast, even if it has further creature types.
  • A card revealed from hand counts only as one of two required cards to enable a skill mode, even if it has multiple creature types of that skill mode.
  • These effects are modal, so you only need targets for the skill modes you choose.
  • Each skill mode can only be chosen once.

This card is a bit more complicated that I'd expect to be with skill modes. I'd probably prefer to introduce/use them together with the fighter/mage/prowler batch words, or just use a single creature type per skill mode (e. g. this would just use Druid skill and Rogue skill).

The wording theoretically allows for Vehicle skill and Jace skill, or even snow skill and colorless skill, but lets concentrate on creature types for now.

I imagine it used like kicker on commons; you get a main effect, but can unlock an additional mode playing the correct tribe, multiple uncommons as well.

Some uncommons and most rares can be fully modal, uncommons restricted to two modes, rares could go full Multiclass Advantage.
