"Investigation indicates the suspect was after medical research data and shipping manifests for [Storyline Drug]."

The current end of the sentence is overly vague, especially if this is somehow important to the story. We can either interpret "supplies" as being "medical supplies" or "random supplies", neither of which is really suggestive of why someone cares about what is in the safe. But give those supplies a name, and BAM! Our brains can start imagining what that Named Substance does and why someone cares where it got sent.
