Making them tapped separates this from Manamorphose, which is good. Freezing them seems so bad, though
I forgot Manamorphose was also a cantrip. Oof
The fact that you get to untap before using the Treasures is what makes them so much more meaningful than Manamorphose.
This spell enables a turn 3 five-drop. Though I suppose Vessel of Volatility and Satyr Hedonist do the same... in red.
Let's push it a little and make it uncommon.
