As this card is a bully and a soldier, I think it should be a 3/2.

I think that's a fair one to look at. On my to do list...

If the creature becomes a 3/2, would it be fair to include the line "~ can't be enchanted or equipped"? That may, however turn the bully into an elitist...

I think that jm’s suggestion would be fine in plenty of sets — in which case it would replace what I’ve got here — but in this setting I believe that it’s better to have some conditional evasion.

I’m inclined to just go with the current wording and a 3/2 body without changing the cost. For the most part, I suspect that the ability will actually be barely relevant in most games, so a 3/2 body is fair.

I’m not saying I think he’s a bad card or low pick, just that he’ll be more useful for his base stats than his ability. And I’m fine with that.
