Seems acceptable to me. What play in particular are you worried about?
Both abilities are interesting, but I think they're too good on the same card. It turns every other card you have with learn into a full wish, which feels terrible from a repetitive game play standpoint
On the one hand, yes, it does; but on the other hand, only if you pay an extra
to cast that learn card, with an additional
setup cost. At that point, aren't we just comparable to Planar Portal anyway?
