? Really? With even giving you floating 
to you like it's some more focused Lotus Petal. I've seen it argued that a lotus petal that produced 
would still be modern banned. Well, that's combo of course, but even all that aside, what is assumed to be a one-sided -4/-0 for 
is just crazy. Some comparable: Turn the Tide, Downsize, and Lethargy Trap. This is basically a one-sided fog so it can be used both aggressively and defensively to swindle combat in your favor or generally make opponent's "skip" their combat step. At 
that's just way too good.
I would expect something more along the lines of
base cost and giving -1/-0 instead of -4/-0.
