I'm pretty sure Night of Souls' Betrayal is legendary for a reason hmmm prolly to stop soft-locking decks out if they only have creatures with toughness 2 or 3. Again, the hose aspect is just extra gravy as the base effect is quite solid as is for control decks.

The name is weird.
