You might already know this, but intimidate is deprecated - I don't see much of a reason to bring it back.

Shroud in black is rather weird. With Flash in it already, seems like black is becoming quite simic in terms of access to keywords.

Yes, I think it's better as a Sorcery.

Shroud in black, the idea was "the darkness that makes you invisible."

Umm, flavor can be twisted to match wide array of effects in any color so it's not a particularly good justification when it comes to the color pie. In terms of like "pie expansion", I suppose sorcery speed shroud/hexproof in black could be a thing.
