Monday again, people! 7 new cards from Magic 20XX wheeling over to Blue.

Blue has an interesting role in the Wisdom v. Hellbent fight. It isn't invested in pushing toward one direction or the other... it's more interested in controlling the number of cards in your hand. To this end, sometimes it wants you to have more cards in your hand, sometimes less.
