Random Generator gave me Counterspell and Spectral Shift, (Though, strangely, the end result looks like it gave me Thoughtlace and Hydroblast, hence the name).
This card is fighting by it's lonesome to shove Entwine into my set. I've been spelling out the occasional keyword ability when it appears (for example, you can just write out what Bushido does. You don't need to make it a keyword ability if it's only going to pop up on one or two cards). Entwine, however, is too weird an ability to not have it as a keyword on the card. It's like a narrator referencing his own novel inside the novel. It rankles.
Maybe I can squeeze in a cycle of entwine. I do like that keyword. The more I do this, though, the more it feels like my original game plan may have been a bit off. Originally, I felt like I should make 500 cards, then cut to 350 and make a set. In my thinking, I'd be cutting cards that overlapped, but were clearly inferior. But this card begs to be in a set with others of it's kind. I might save it for Mashup II, or III... each successive set should be easier to put together, since I'd have a large back log of cards to pull from...
Like I said: I like entwine and I like this card. Guess it's time to make a cycle out of it.
