hoisting mechanism using a boom and a central post and a sudden change of fortune.

I'm gonna be honest i dont understand mechanical things at all. i wiki'd it and its confusing so I'm just going to go with a generic 'lifter' of some kind.

I'm actually just gonna use 'lift'

So maybe, Lift of Fortune? sure. An artifact that grants wishes? so Archaic Portal... okay
