That first mode is really quite bad.
Why not just make both modes occur instantly and set the damage to like 2 or 3?
The card is designed to incentivize playing multiple instants and sorceries in a limited environment, but the fact that the card does literally nothing on its own is kind of a problem. I'll try making the first mode not dependent on another instant or sorcery.
Nice! This way the first mode might even provide a vehicle for the second. And by vehicle, I mean instant or sorcery
