This communicates Beast colos very well, but they are definitely weighted weirdly.
I think "
, Sacrifice a creature: Add 
." could be a better 2nd ability.
Went with the sacrifice a creature for mana idea but made it beast specific so that it fit the deck.
Changed the flavor text to fit the new ability.
"Beast" should be capitalized; all words naming subtypes are supposed to be capitalized.
This is better than a basic land and better than a painland and has that most recent addition of the sacrifice ability.
Forest + Sulfurous Springs + something that blows out Phyrexian Tower seems a lot much all at once.
