We read about the Jaklovim before, but now we meet them. With Nomad another underused creature type shows up.

Imagine targeting a Fish creature with that ETB ability and realize that the net was for fishing after all!

Seems to me like it could just have that etb by default and not require additional kicker cost. It isn't exactly off-pie for monoblue afaik.
