Well, gibber. Draw your entire deck, as fast as you can cast it.

Although only the instants and sorceries are useful that way; I think? Everything gets exiled when you flash it back.

And it lets you cast lands. Which is probably only a curiosity, but who knows?

Lands cannot be cast - this kind of interaction already exists and is covered by the rules (also you cannot pay the nonexistent cost).
