Should this be blue? Usually cards that disable an ability/effect are found not in the colors that use the ability/effect the most e. g. Stranglehold, City of Solitude.

There is a reason Spirit of the Labyrinth is white and Narset, Parter of Veils gets to be blue: A blue card wouldn't hinder your own card draw.
