I always thought that effect would have been a better fit for white. Green would be more "Creature spells with converted mana cost 6+ cost
less to cast."
Though I guess Elvish Visionary going "Oops I just my entire deck!" is always fun and even kinda not that unfair at a higher mana cost.
I sort of see what you mean with white, with the weenie-synergy.
I definitely seem to be drawing from classic powerful enchantment cards for inspiration for the 2nd side of alot of these. I do want the effect to feel significant, especially considering it's legendary. But I haven't quite nailed down what the right power level should be for these, or much in the way of consistency in their effect or feel.
