white regen? No. But: You could have this fit into modern pie with "When ~ is turned face up return target creature card with CMC 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield" or a variant

Okay well i am only making one card, because thats kind of a rule... but i suppose i could make some cycles, but i dont know if i will do that..
Anyway: just a land that regens... so maybe Crypt Mine?
