Demon, and the enemy had gotten his prize for very little
effort of his own.

Okay so basically the new trend of draw a card and ~ deals 1 damage to you but way back in mirage can have its origins traced back to this hyperradical ancestor.
consumptive goo looks inefficient to me, but it basically hurts to grow.... I could just use a sengir ability, but we will see

maybe draw a card and put a counter on a creature. When you do you lose 3 life and put a -1/-1 cnt?
well no reason to use 2 types of counters (i never understood why that was soooo bad, i guess just makes hard to remember? ugh. whatev)
i mean if they were avoiding it back in mirage, and even on a card like this that readsso wonky because of it... guess i should just conform and sthu

so i might just drop that. What about put a +1/=1 counter on a creature and draw a card. You lose 3 life? Sure, sounds okay... i got an idea enough.
Also just realised black doesnt do counters... or do they? not sure... Okay I got one.
