The name may be on the weak side, but this seems like a great direction to go with a land. Players normally stack duplicate lands on top of each other anyway, so putting this under a land has the effect you would expect just by a glance at the board.

I like this.

I still like this.

If land had won the YMTC vote, this was what I would have submitted. I almost wanted to submit it for enchantment as well (until they color-strained the vote), but this would have been really dull for the amount of potential the slot had, so I ended up shifting Renewal Retinue into a black enchantment and submitting that.

It's an interesting idea, but Auras require targeting while on the stack, but lands don't use the stack.

I think that's fine. There's a slight question what happens if the land had shroud (say due to Trace of Abundance), but I think apart from that it all works fine. This Aura isn't a spell, so it's treated just like an Aura entering the battlefield via something like Replenish.
