Random Generator gave me Moonglove Changeling and Scour. The ability may be too powerful in some situations, but I'll have to be satisfied that sometimes it will be a complete whiff.

I think this is very reasonable. Extracting cards from library doesn't do very much except against decks with very few win-conditions or an unusual combo. And it's not especially easy to get this to damage things very much. Quite a scary death-and-milling combo with a Viridian Longbow, but that's just like giving a pinger the Sword of Kaldra or a Basilisk Collar.
