After commenting on Apex Predator this could also be an uncommon. But I suppose this is okay at rare if you want to have 1/1 counter synergies or something.
edit: if its a misc (read: uncoherent) set, then i'd put at uncommon.
Not actually sure where this design belongs. My guess is could even be a common thing. but they dont usually print ability words on commons.
Might be a bit good.
It might be more likely for it to be printed if it costs
and had a base of 3/3
That way it allows that ability to be good and make you really want it (so you can stay on curve)
