I changed the card. I tend to disagree with Maro on the extent to which this needs to be a weakness. On expensive flashy cards where the card draw is not efficient, white has those cards even in recent times. Regardless, card changed.

Sorry, but White not being able to generate card advantage through drawing cards is white's largest and most important weakness. This cards is a break and can't exist in its current form. Making it G/W would solve the problem as you have stated.
Again, the card is designed with pray being something expensive, but I can alter it.
This is not meant to be a balance effect. It's a board wipe, but if you have the angel, you get to keep a guy.

I'm with Lef and caliburdeath on this one. I mean, as a white player I like it when white gets good synergistic card-draw spells like Mentor of the Meek and Kor Spiritdancer, but as a designer I know it's pie-breaking in a dangerous way.

Yes, it does. Also at the moment this leaves everyone with no lands, which is pretty un-fun and distinctly non-"joyous".
Whoa, 4 mana? That's eyepopping. But... I guess it's on a land so it's one less mana than it looks like... and it's not repeatable in a single turn like Krark-Clan Ironworks...
No, I think this is still unbalanced. Because of the prospect of dropping a random
-cost artifact on turn 1, then using this to cast a 5-drop on turn 2.
Looks cool, but not common. (I know rarities don't mean the same thing in a duel deck, but still.)
