I'm not sure how easy it would be. Just by itself it is a moderately expensive 4/4 factory. The comparisons that come to mind are are Dragon Roost and Luminarch Ascension. Both are pretty rare.

I agree that myr don't make much sense but the design is good. Its half a Solemn Simulacrum.
