Changed it, in fact I went a bit further and made it cost just 3.
What I'm a little worried about is that, if one's got ways of untapping artifacts, this could get quickly out of hand, but maybe I'm over overrating the danger of that, idk

That seems terrible. I wouldn't pay WUBRG for this even if it only copied the land for me. Maybe 3G and give the fortified land "T: Create a copy of this land"
Yes, this is intended to be silver-bordered (though I don't think there's a way to change the frame of single cards in a cardset).

I felt some kind of very strong anti-recursion was necessary, and it combos in interesting ways with wishes which is nice
