I like this :) Uncommon is right for the extra complication vs Wild Growth, but I think it could be quite a bit cheaper, like 2 mana. Extra mana in your upkeep isn't much use most of the time, and if someone combos this with a Ley Druid or some such, more power to them :)
There's an absurd infinite mana combo with this plus Freed from the Real, Llanowar Envoy and a land-animating effect. At which point, again, more power to whoever does that :)
Oh, sorry, I'm wrong. "Becomes a Swamp" removes all other land subtypes (205.1a) and also removes all abilities (305.7) including haste, but doesn't actually remove other card types like creature.
It may be clearer to split that up differently, although I believe the second control change overwrites the first one as you intended
"Untap target creature and it gains haste UEOT. Gain control of it UEOT. If ~ was kicked, gain control of it instead. (The kicked effect lasts indefinitely.)"

Changed tap ability from look at top card (may put in graveyard) to look at top three (may put all (not any) in graveyard)
Fatigue ability was a bit weak when Glimpse the Unthinkable exists, as does a similar card in this set. So i made it a bit stronger (anything more would likely be written as top half, rounded down, instead of a number, it seems)... I went with 13 becaues Demon good.
