  Random card generator gave me Painful Memories and Angel of Salvation. Sometimes, I just don't do what I should because I got an idea that excites me more. This card is missing both a discard element and a damage prevention element. But what would I have done with that? Made a player put five cards from their hand on top of their library? Prevented the player from making you discard up to 5 cards? This card seems more fun to me, and is a clever use of convoke, so I'm sticking with it.

  Random Magic Generator gave me Reparations and Desperate Gambit. No complaints here. Reparations is an awesome card. I'm surprised they haven't reprinted it yet.

  Random Card Generator gave me Deja Vu and Darkness. In the comments section of this thread, I asked for some help with this one, and I'm kind of sorry I didn't use anyone's suggestions in the end. But, when I realized that squids shoot ink, and they're blue creatures, I knew I was onto something. Sure, the fog effect isn't blue or black, but its very flavoful, and I got another mission in there as well: Find a way to make a Deja Vu card feel like a Deja Vu experience. In this situation, its when you draw the card again in the same game.

  Oh, whoops. Those stats aren't the hulk's. I don't know where they came from. Setting him back to 5/4, which seems fine at uncommon.

  Mmm... multiple options. I also appreciate the idea of just turning the card green and dropping the sorcery part. Don't know why I missed that one.

  I'll find a way to get Deja Darko in the set shortly, using one of these ideas. That makes me optimistic. If we can get two cards with no relationship at all together into a card, there doesn't seem to be many combinations that need to be passed on.
